If you have ever wanted one of those contact buttons on your website - now you can do it with this famous and professional PHP-Script of Bauser-Enterprises IT. You decide which fields (also user-defined) will be shown and which of those are required/obligated to fill in (mandatory field). Furthermore you can protect you from spammaschines and not wanted emails and it´s possible to offer an eMail-attachement to send (see also many other features).
The installation and customizing is easy and done in 5 minutes because you neither need any scripting expert knowledge nor is a complicated setup. All the settings can be filled in by an online webinterface (backend) which is password-protected. You can include the script in your htm(l) or php-site - we`ve made detailed instructions to do this (see also our Tell-A-Friend-Script).

• Check of the input with following message (error) on the same site (no popup), realized all in php (works everytime because serverside operation)
   
• Following Settings are possible:
   
• Up to 10 Recipients (eMail-addresses)
   
• in English or German available (also the installer). A translation in other languages or customizing of the static text (e.g. fieldnames) is possible without any difficulty because of an excluded language-file.
   
• Choice of the shown fields (see screenshot): You can set predefined fields (which will be checked for valid format) and user-defined fields (e.g. Drop-Down-Selection-Menü with free formulation)
   
• Choice of required fields (see screenshot): Mandatory-fields will be signified with a * and checked concerning the input)
• The fields Title, Name as also Your message are always mandatory-fields. Customer-No.and Copy send can´t be mandatory-fields
• If the title Company/Club is activated to show, the field Contact-Person will be automatically a mandatory-field if Company or Clubis selected in the title-menu.
• If the field Approach is activated to show and the sender has selected this field, the field phone or eMail will be automatically required.
   
• Sending of an eMail-attachement can be offered. You can limit the filesize.
   
• Confirmation- or Error-Messages can be shown on the top or on the bottom of the form. The latter is expedient on html-sites with iFrame-inclusion because there´s no autoscroll to the top after a refresh of the site

• Sender can receive a copy of the form
   
• Storage of all sent data in a logfile (IP-address, eMail-address, time and date, eMail-content...) if you didn´t deactivate the security-functions.
   
• Security-Features:
   
• You can restrict the number of eMails from the same sender (email- and/or IP-address) within a definied time-range
• You can list general banned sender IP- or eMail-adresses
• Spamprotection-code (generated with .png-image) is possible
   
• Customizing of ALL colours (text and background) and fonts. You can use a colour-picker to select browser-safe colours:
  
  
• Compatible with your site-layout because of transparent background of the form
   
• If you want to use the form as target=“blank“ (additional browser-window) you can include your background-image and your banner on the top of the form. Furthermore in this case is possible to add a „close-window“-link.

Requirements:

• Your webserver or tariff by your webhoster must support PHP
  (PHP 4 also possible with “register_globals = OFF”)
   
• Access without any restrictions* to an Apache-Webserver (Linux/Unix) respectively webspace to provide a clean working of the script
  
  *Note: Be sure that your webhoster didn´t preset any write-protections to your webspace because in this case the script-installation will fail (the reason: the configuration-file can´t be written). If you deactivate the write-protection to the folder of the script don´t worry concerning the security - the script-installer will set all the corresponding CHMOD-rights to the individual files (in the installation-folder) accurately and automatically (see installation-instructions included in the download-zipfile).
